Abstract: Correspondence Neuroradiology ClinicalThrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), also called Moschkowitz syndrome, is an uncommon disease (annual incidence four to eleven cases per million people) initially characterised by the following pentad of clinical features: hemolytic anaemia, thrombocytopenia, neurologic and renal abnormalities, and fever.
