Abstract:Antibody-secreting cells (ASCs) are key contributors to humoral immunity through immunoglobulin production and the potential to be long-lived. ASCs have been recently identified in the thymus (THY) which is of interest as autoreactive THY B cells regulate T cell tolerance.
