Thyroid Tuberculosis Causing Fever of Unknown Origin in a Patient With Multinodular Goiter

Abstract: Introduction: Tuberculosis (TB) involving the thyroid gland is rare and typically results in hypothyroidism. Here we report a case of thyroid TB that presented with hyperthyroidism.
