THz microscope for three-dimensional imaging with superconducting Josephson junctions

Abstract: Superconducting Josephson junctions have a wide range of applications ranging from quantum computing to voltage standards, and they may also be employed as versatile sensors for high-frequency radiation and magnetic fields.
