“…Therefore, at first it was necessary to investigate the basics of the dynamics of the Earth crust local tilt process at the Enguri high dam. Then, in the light of the known facts regarding the sensitivity of the local tilt generation to relatively small influences [5,10], we needed to assess the character of different anthropogenic influences on the tilt of the Earth crust in the high dam foundation.
