Time Air Changes of DJ 40-60 Plyometric Test for 12 Weeks Training in Young Volleyball Players in Albania

Abstract: The study focuses on young volleyball players in Albania during the 12-week plyometric training in order to compare and evaluate the residence time in the air during the vertical jump performance through DJ40-60 test.
