Time cost of a nonclosing intravenous thrombolysis service for acute ischemic stroke

Abstract

Our results demonstrate a large variation in the time cost of a nonclosing service for intravenous thrombolysis. Payment based on piece-rate compensation may not be appropriate and requires improvement.
