Abstract:The low-carbon steel alloy (St60 steel) consists of steel (Fe) and elements such as carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), phosphor (P), and others. This research aimed to analyze the corrosion rate of steel St. 60 by nickel coating in a corrosion test using 4M concentrated H2SO4 (sulfuric acid) with soaking solution for 60 minutes, 120 minutes, 180 minutes, and 240 minutes respectively.
