The growth of the coffee business has not been accompanied by an increase in entrepreneurship, one of the causes being a lack of competence which can hinder the development of new businesses. This research aims to understand and explore how entrepreneurs improve skills in the coffee business through experience-based training conducted at Malabar Mountain Coffee. This study provides academic and practical contributions to creating skilled entrepreneurs towards the Indonesian government's target of 1 million new young entrepreneurs. This refers to the Indonesian government's target to develop the economy and encourage the development of the business world in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative methodology, specifically using a case study approach. Data was collected using observation and semi-structured interviews. Direct observations and interviews were carried out by established standards to answer research questions. Then the data is analysed, and an explanation of the findings obtained from this investigation is given. The research results found that all participants improved their skills through the experiential training they received. This has a very positive impact on increasing participants' competence in the form of skills in choosing the coffee they will sell later and also serving good coffee drinks to consumers.

The purpose of this study is to scrutinize the determinants of provincial government performance. The data is sourced from the Budget Realization Report from the Ministry of Finance and the Report on Rating, and Performance Status of Regional Government Administration by the Ministry of Home Affairs The methods used in testing are linear regression with the ranking and performance status of regional government administration from 30 provinces in Indonesia as a sample. The result of this study indicates that only the degree of decentralization influences provincial government performance. The essence of decentralization is internalizing costs and benefits for the people. To encourage the improvement of regional quality, local governments should integrate all programs and activities with the central government.

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to analyze the ratio of regional dependence and independence in measuring the financial capacity of the Jambi Provincial Government for the 2016–2020 Fiscal Year. Background Problems: How big is the ratio of the contribution of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) to transfer funds from the center in the Jambi Provincial Government APBD in funding development financing for 2016-2020?. Research Methods: The research is quantitative using secondary data in the form of regional original income and transfer funds from the Jambi Province Government Budget Realization Report for the 2016–2020 Fiscal Year. Finding/Results: Based on the results of the ratio analysis, the degree of financial dependence of the Jambi Provincial Government in the 2016–2020 fiscal year is classified as moderate, with an average overall ratio of 63.60%, meaning that the Jambi Provincial Government in carrying out development financing is still dependent on transfer funds from the center. Meanwhile, the degree of regional financial independence is also classified as moderate/participatory with an average overall ratio of 57.13%. Conclusion: The contribution of regional original revenue in funding development financing cannot be fully relied upon and still relies on transfer funds from the center.
