Tinjauan Hukum Laut Terhadap Wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia

Abstract: Based on UNCLOS 1958 and 1960, national territory of Indonesia since 1945 up to 1994 had not yet entirely united. The application of 3 n.m. territorial sea encircling each island had placed waters among islands as high seas.
