The lack of student interest in free-drawing activities is the background for this research. The research was conducted from January 2021 to June 2021. This study aims to describe how to foster creativity in children by free drawing and find out how to increase children's creativity through free drawing in group B Kindergarten Pertiwi II Cemeng Academic Year 2020/2021. Children's creativity needs to be increased, one way is by drawing freely from the basic shape of a circle and then retelling the image. This research is a classroom action research that is collaborative between researchers, school principals, and accompanying classroom teachers. The subjects in this study were group B students of Pertiwi II Cemeng Kindergarten. Data were collected through observation, field notes, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was checked by triangulation. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative flow model. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in children's creativity through free drawing, namely before the action up to the second cycle in a row shows an increase, namely in children who show a creative attitude increases to 83.33%. Then in terms of quantity the number of children who can draw proportionally increases to 50.00%. The indicator for children doing their assignments on time increased to 62.50%, children who finished drawing and coloring neatly increased to 75.00%, children who dared to tell the results of the pictures they had made increased to 62.59%, and children whose fluency in telling the pictures it has made increases to 50.00% at the end of the cycle. This shows the effectiveness of this drawing activity in improving children's fine motor skills. This activity can be an alternative solution for teachers who experience the same problem.

The objective of this study is to determine the type of career parenting and its impact on the development of children's personalities. The descriptive phenomology method is used in this study. The study was conducted out in Sibolga City, Hutabarangan Village, and Sibolga Julu. Three youngsters aged 12 to 14 years old, as well as their parents, participated in the study. Unstructured interviews and observations are used to acquire data. The data analysis method employed is qualitative descriptive data analysis. According to the findings of this study, the parenting style of career parents has a substantial impact on the personalities of their children. A qualitative investigation of three parents who worked as small merchants, restaurant employees, and factory workers revealed disparities in parenting approaches, namely democratic and permissive. In this instance, it is critical for working parents with limited time to find methods to be actively involved in their children's life. For example, regular communication, listening to children's feelings, and spending quality time together can all help.

Anak mampu menjalin hubungan dengan temannya mengembangkan kepercayaan diri anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-modul bermain peran terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi anak usia 5-6 tahun penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian mix method menggunakan design explanatory research. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi.sampel penelitian ini adalah 15 orang anak, analisis data kuanitatif menunjukkan bahwa variabel berdistribusi normal, reliabel, serta linear, maka e-modul bermain peran berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persenase anak yang mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik bahwa e-modul bermain peran terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi sebanyak 10,2% analisis kualiatif menunjukkan bahwa e-modul bermain peran dapat digunakan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berkomunikasi anak. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa e-modul bermain peran berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi anak usia dini di taman kanak kanak.
