Title – Investigating the Efficacy of Task-based Language Teaching (TBLT) in Improving the Speaking Skills of EFL Students: A Meta-Analysis

Abstract: this study aimed to translate and investigate the psychometric properties of the short version of the Smartphone Addiction Scale in Saudi Arabia. Speaking skills are considered to be among the hardest skills for foreign language-learners to improve, especially while living in their home country and lacking adequate opportunities to communicate in the medium of the target language. In that sense, it is important to consider the teaching approach.
