Tiyosemikarbazon ve Rodanin Türevlerinin Katalizörsüz Sentezi ve Onların Schottky Diyot Uygulamaları

Abstract: In the present study, organic materials Bis(TSC)-Ph and novel Bis(Rh)-Ph were synthesized and used such as interfacial layer for diode applications. Al/ Bis(TSC)-Ph/p type Si and Al/ Bis(Rh)-Ph/p type Si Schottky diodes were fabricated with spin coating and thermal evaporation methods. The electrical parameters were investigated by using capacitance-voltage (C-V) and conductance-voltage (G-V) measurements at various frequencies from 30 kHz to 5 Mhz at room temperature. The effect of frequency on device perform… Show more

“…The synthesis and photoelectrical investigation of new simplistic organics as organic interlayers are very important and popular [26][27][28][29][30]. Therefore, a series of studies have been carried out by our group on the efficient synthesis and photoelectrical applications of simple structured perylenediimide (PDI) and NDI derivatives (scheme 1) [31,32].…”

“…In studies conducted in recent years, rhodanine derivatives, a class of heterocyclic compounds, have been reported to have also remarkable ion-sensing properties in addition to their medicinal properties. , Among these derivatives, 3-amino-rhodanine ( 1 , 3-NH 2 –Rh) has recently attracted significant attention from researchers. Some studies have been conducted on the efficient synthesis and potential applications of N - or C5-substituted derivatives of 3-NH 2 –Rh. Inspired by these studies, we synthesized N /C5-monosubstituted rhodanine derivatives with identical side groups. We then investigated the anion-sensing properties of these ligands by using colorimetric and spectroscopic techniques.…”
