TMAO miscompartmentalization is a reversible driver of autism pathophysiology

Abstract: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a complex and heterogeneous neurodevelopmental disorder. Contrary to what has been reported for genetics and gut dysbiosis, ASD appears to be very homogeneous when considering tryptophan metabolism.
