To Collect and Preserve: The State of State-Level CBA Collections in the United States

Abstract: In order to evaluate the preservation and accessibility of public sector collective bargaining documentation in the United States, the authors conducted a fifty-state survey of public sector collective bargaining agreement (CBA) collections.
