To repair or not to repair: Who should undergo tricuspid valve repair at the time of pulmonary valve replacement in previously repaired tetralogy of Fallot

Abstract: This article suggests that those with severe, but not less than severe, tricuspid regurgitation benefit from tricuspid repair at the time of pulmonary valve replacement late after tetralogy repair.
