To Study the Effect of Yoga Exercise “Pranayama” Breathing Exercises and Meditation on Cardiorespiratory Parameters in Young Healthy Volunteers

Abstract: BACKGROUNDPranayama is a Yogic technique in which breathing is controlled voluntarily. Aim-To study the effect of yoga exercise ("Pranayama" breathing exercise) and meditation on cardiorespiratory parameters in young healthy volunteers.
