The research was carried out at the Institute of Forage Crops (Pleven, Bulgaria) during the period 2016-2018. As methods of evaluation of 17 accessions of broad bean, the ecologo-genetic model for organization of the quantitative trait and the method of orthogonal regressions were applied. The estimation of source material of broad bean showed high productivity, expressed through seed weight per plant, in accessions BGE 029055 (40.57g), BGP (40.46g) and FbH 14 (34.85g) classified with ranks 4, 9 and 8, respectively. The traits of number of pods and seeds per plant were well combined in BGE 029055 (15; 3), BGP (12; 3) and Fb 2486 (12; 3), which also had the highest ranks (3-5).The estimation of source material through geneticphysiological systems allowed with a high probability to be selected appropriate parental forms. BGE 029055 had strong genes of the physiological systems (attraction and adaptability) in terms of productivity. BGE 046721, Fb 2486 and BGE 029055 were of interest and may be included in the combinative breeding for the development of adaptive and high-yielding cultivars.

Существующая в настоящее время вера в перспективность молекулярных подходов к решению проблемы повышения урожаев, по нашему мнению, избыточна, так как пока нет ни одного сорта, созданного исключительно молекулярными методами. Кроме того, представители эпигенетики справедливо утверждают, что в природе не существует специфических генов продуктивности и урожая, следовательно, невозможно их молекулярное маркирование или геномное редактирование. В этом сообщении мы представляем итоги применения инновационных селекционных технологий, вытекающих из приоритетной российской теории эколого-генетической организации количественных признаков (ТЭГОКП), которая была разработана в процессе выполнения Межведомственной программы ДИАС (изучение генетики признаков продуктивности яровых пшениц в Западной Сибири, 1973-1984 годы). Суть инноваций заключается в следующем: подбор родительских пар осуществляется особым способом на основе глубокого анализа максимально протяженных родословных древ сортов-родителей, взятых в скрещивания; для группы самых урожайных сортов коллекционного питомника выполняется фенотипирование (phenotyping) по семи генетико-физиологическим системам (ГФС), открытым и описанным в процессе развития ТЭГОКП и дающим плюсовые или минусовые вклады в урожай; отбираются генотипы, имеющие хотя бы одну ГФС с максимальным плюсовым вкладом в урожай, и выполняются их скрещивания для совмещения в будущем сорте плюсовых вкладов всех семи ГФС; производятся стабилизирующие пересевы расщепляющихся поколений для устранения эффектов доминирования, сверхдоминирования и гетерозиготного эпистаза (с несколькими насыщениями геномом одного из родителей, имеющего наиболее ценные свойства); после ряда стабилизирующих пересевов гибридной популяции в условиях типичной динамики лим-факторов среды (в годы, типичные по погодным условиям для зоны селекции) отбираются элитные растения. Применив эти новые технологии (2001-2014 годы), мы получили гибридную комбинацию F 1 (сорта Казахстанская раннеспелая ½ Тулунская 12) с 1-кратным последующим насыщением сортом Тулунская 12, из которой выделился сорт Гренада. При этом родители материнской формы гибрида-сорта Казахстанская раннеспелая (Новосибирская 67 ½ Омская 9), имеющие широкую амплитуду общей адаптивности, показали при смене лим-факторов среды гораздо меньшую степень переопределения вкладов разных ГФС в продуктивность и хорошую комбинационную способность. Созданный на их основе сорт Казахстанская раннеспелая сочетает в себе лучшие проявления признаков родительских сортов. У отцовской и насыщающей формы Тулунская 12 улучшение количественных признаков носит дискретно-накопительный характер за счет генетического многообразия восточно-сибирских генотипов. Отбор элитных растений в типичных агроклиматических условиях дал генотипы более урожайные и имеющие хорошо выраженную пластичность урожаев. Apricot is one of the most valuable fruit cultures. This is a minor culture in Russia and other countries primarily because of irregular fruit-bearing by the reason of its flower buds death in the winter and spring period, caused by the low temperatures. The increased regularity of its fruit-bearing may be achieved in two primary ways: the creation of new varieties, more resistant to the temperature fluctuations of the winter and spring period and their rational allocation in the zones and microzones of the growing territories. The solution of both set tasks calls for the knowledge of protective and adaptive reactions of genotypes in the stages of their development. The investigations of the last years showed the levels of agricultural plants productivity to be determined not only by the genes of quantitative characters, but to significant extent by the effects of their interaction with environment at the different stages of the plants development. As a new factor of outdoor environment, limiting the growth and development of plants becomes evident, the spectrum and number of genes, determining one and the same quantitative character (freezing tolerance in this case) is changed at the particular stage of development on a particular territory. The climatic change permits to analyze more profoundly the regularities in manifestation of genotype peculiarities in phenotype. The response of apricot culture (Armeniaca vulgaris) to display of the winter temperature stresses in the different stages of temporal (1990-2019) and spatial - Krasnodar and Stavropol Territory, Kabardino-Balkar Republic and Kazakhstan - development was studied. The analysis was undertaken for the new terms of deadly temperatures occurrence at the different stages of development. There was studied mechanism of the apricot culture biological potential realization in the new temperature conditions in the phases of winter and spring period, permitting to open the more efficient process of apricot selection for freezing tolerance and its rational location.
