To the fauna of the family Himantariidae (Chilopoda: Geophilomorpha) of Kyrgyzstan

Abstract

An annotated list of tree species of the family Himantariidae Bollman, 1893 known from Kyrgyzstan is given. Two genera, Bothriogaster Sseliwanoff, 1879 and Polyporogaster Verhoeff, 1899, and two species, B. signata (Kessler, 1874) and P. porosa (Sseliwanoff, 1881), are recorded from this country for the first time. The distribution map of Himantariidae species occur in Kyrgyzstan is also provided.
