To virksomme tiltak for kjønnsbalanse - i spennet mellom institusjonelle logikker

Abstract: Kjønnsbalanse i ledelse er et høyaktuelt tema både i akademia og i næringslivet. Gjennom dokumentstudier og intervjuer med HR-ledere i 23 store nasjonale og internasjonale selskaper i Norge undersøker vi hvilke kjønnsbalansetiltak som kan vise seg effektive for å inkludere kvinner i ledelse.
