Abstract:Background Mevalonate kinase deficiency (MKD) and TNF receptor-associated periodic syndrome (TRAPS) are systemic autoinflammatory diseases (SAIDs), which are rare diseases with early-onset, severe condition and difficult diagnosis and treatment.
