Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh teknik token ekonomi terhadap kemandirian anak usia lima dan enam tahun di TK Wahyu Kabupaten Gowa. Strategi kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Experiment Design digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini melibatkan tiga puluh dua siswa TK Wahyu di Kabupaten Gowa, yang berusia lima hingga enam tahun. Purposive sampling adalah metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini, sehingga menghasilkan total 24 sampel, 12 setiap kelompok terdiri dari dua belas anak. Analisis non parametrik dan juga analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan sebagai metode yang untuk memperoleh data. Hasil kemandirian anak kelompok eksperimen diperoleh nilai Z sebesar -3,068 dan sig(2-tailed) nilainya sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 hasil output uji Wilcoxon. Diperolah bahwa kemandirian anak berbeda-beda sebelum dan sesudah mendapat perlakuan berdasarkan temuan penelitian. Diketahui penggunaan teknik token ekonomi di TK Wahyu Kabupaten Gowa berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian anak usia lima sampai enam tahun.

Cancer diagnoses expose patients to traumatic stress, sudden changes in daily life, changes in the body and autonomy, with even long-term consequences, and in some cases, to come to terms with the end-of-life. Furthermore, rising survival rates underline that the need for interventions for emotional wellbeing is in growing demand by patients and survivors. Cancer patients frequently have compliance problems, difficulties during treatment, stress, or challenges in implementing healthy behaviors. This scenario was highlighted during the COVID-19 emergency. These issues often do not reach the clinical attention of dedicated professionals and could also become a source of stress or burnout for professionals. So, these consequences are evident on individual, interpersonal, and health system levels. Oncology services have increasingly sought to provide value-based health care, considering resources invested, with implications for service delivery and related financing mechanisms. Value-based health care can improve patient outcomes, often revealed by patient outcome measures while seeking balance with economical budgets. The paper aims to show the Gemelli Advanced Radiation Therapy (ART) experience of personalizing the patients' care pathway through interventions based on technologies and art, the personalized approach to cancer patients and their role as “co-stars” in treatment care. The paper describes the vision, experiences, and evidence that have guided clinical choices involving patients and professionals in a co-constructed therapeutic pathway. We will explore this approach by describing: the various initiatives already implemented and prospects, with particular attention to the economic sustainability of the paths proposed to patients; the several pathways of personalized care, both from the patient's and healthcare professional perspective, that put the person's experience at the Gemelli ART Center. The patient's satisfaction with the treatment and economic outcomes have been considered. The experiences and future perspectives described in the manuscript will focus on the value of people's experiences and patient satisfaction indicators, patients, staff, and the healthcare organization.

Inattention refers to behaviors that disrupt the learning process due to a lack of focus on learning activities. This study was conducted to identify the efficacy of applying token economy to improve attention spans and manage disruptive behaviours in autistic students. This is a experimental research and uses A-B-A-B, where A denotes the baseline phase and B signifies the intervention phase, the study included an eight-year-old autistic girl and two nine-year-old autistic boys as participants. Data were collected for observation at the school for four weeks, which involved first baseline phase, first intervention phase, second baseline phase and second intervention phase. Data collection involved a four-week observation at the school, encompassing periods before, during, and after the intervention, and was presented in the form of a linear graph depicting the effectiveness of the token economy. The results of this study indicate that the use of token economy enhanced autistic students' motivation in paying attention and reduced behavior problems. Overall, this study shows token economy is a form of intervention which is effective in improving attention spans of autistic students. Disruptive behaviours may be reduced at the same time overcome by maintaining a consistent token economy with continuous reinforcement over an extended period, along with the full cooperation of parents and other teachers.
