Abstract:Tolosa Hunt syndrome (THS) is a rare neurological syndrome, manifesting as a unilateral headache with painful ophthalmoplegia. THS main symptoms are thought to be derived from the granulomatous inflammation of the cavernous sinus, superior orbital fissure or orbits.
