The exploitation of Arctic resources is becoming now one of the most important directions of Russia’s strategic development. The coordination center for this project is St. Petersburg. The article assesses the potential of this region which forms an essential prerequisite for the effective implementation of the given work from the standpoint of the state and prospects of industrial clusters formed in its territory. The subjects of the cluster environment of St. Petersburg relevant programs of state support are divided into three categories: 2 innovative territorial clusters, 3 territorial clusters, 9 territorial clusters administered by the Center for cluster development. Specific recommendations for them are proposed on the basis of analysis of their strengths and weaknesses, as well as assessment of opportunities and threats to their development.

This study aims to construct a mathematical model to determine the dimensions of an economic, social, and environmental project with the goal of sustainable management. By identifying the optimal weights, the synergy values for sustainable management can be maximized. Taking aesthetic medicine companies as examples, this study attempts to construct the index projects of the economic, social, and environmental dimensions of sustainable management in an uncertain environment. Linear relationships (a combination of fixed synergistic values and varying synergistic values) are used to calculate the import optimal weight under optimistic, normal, and pessimistic circumstances. This study helped companies to introduce triple bottom line (TBL) indices to plan their issues under sustainable management and development, thus, enabling the parent company to achieve the optimal weight for the project costs to put in its subsidiaries. Additionally, this study prioritizes the weight of the influence on the management of the aesthetic medicine industry according to the risk probabilities, to minimize the uncertainties of risk management in corporate management and reduce the possibility of direct and indirect cost losses caused by financial distress, functional fluctuations, and negative impact on the medical equipment market, thereby maximizing the estimated total project value under sustainable management. This study constructs an aesthetic medicine-specific mathematical model concept using the triple bottom line model as the basis for sustainable corporate management and proposes an approach to obtain sustainable weight in uncertain conditions. By doing so, companies can add various managerial methods for the same industry, and new ideas are provided to the academic community to discuss the development of decision-making assessment criteria for risk assessments in sustainable management.

This article has been written with the aim of seeing the impact of the chartered accountant on the sustainability of Lebanese companies. In order to respond to this problem, we have presented a general vision of chartered accountants and the importance of their intervention in a company. Then we conducted interviews with fifty chartered accountants with large experience in different regions of the Lebanese territory in order to highlight the different missions they carried out in the Lebanese companies, their role in business continuity and development, how they faced their companies' challenges, what added values they offered to them, which then led us to summarize the tasks chartered accountants saw necessary for the continuity of the companies. We also have visited twelve accounting firms and see the different stages of the accounts' auditing. A questionnaire was prepared in order to collect all needed information. We distributed it to one hundred thirty companies in different regions with the aim of seeing the role played by the chartered accountants, the missions they carried out, the essential tasks to the companies' sustainability as well as other questions enriching our study which we have presented in this article.
