Abstract:Atopic dermatitis (AD) is an allergic disease mediated by Th2 cells. In AD, externally stimulated keratinocytes release inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-33 and TSLP.Inflammatory cells infiltrate skin tissue and increase vascular permeability.
