Topical Crisaborole in the Treatment of Atopic Hand Dermatitis: A Retrospective Chart Review

Abstract: Few cases of contact dermatitis of the face and hands due to mobile phones and their accessories are reported. Most of them are linked to sensitization to nickel or other metals. 2 Only few cases, involving other allergens, such as thiuram mix 3 or silicone, 4 present in cellphone cases, are described.Considering the growing use of mobile phones, not only for communication but also for playing games online, an increase of contact dermatitis is to be expected.
