Abstract:Topical prostaglandin analogues are among commonly used glaucoma medications. These are considerably safe drugs, however they have some local adverse effects such as conjunctival hyperemia, iris hyperpigmentation, elongation and darkening of eyelashes, and periocular skin hyperpigmentation.
