Abstract:The RNA and both the total and basic protein content of individual cells were determined by cytospectrophotometry in neurons and perineuronal oligodendroglia of the hypothalamic supraoptic nucleus in rats subjected to various stresses, as well as in ground squirrels during natural hibernation.
