Torsion of Hydatid of Morgagni

Abstract: SUMMARY  Seven cases of torsion of the hydatid of Morgagni are described.  The condition is much commoner than is usually recognised.  Many children and adolescents who are regarded as having epididymo‐orchitis may, in fact, have torsion of the testicular appendix or torsion of the testis. In the absence of general disturbance and urinary infection they should be explored surgically.
