Torsion of Wandering Spleen 9 Years After Gastric Volvulus: Effect of Multiparity?

Abstract: Wandering spleen is a rare condition and has life-threatening complications, such as torsion or infarction. It may be asymptomatic or may present with chronic abdominal pain or intraabdominal mass. Since clinical diagnosis is usually difficult, radiological examinations play a very important role in diagnosis.
