Abstract: Summary.A gradient reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method with ultraviolet (UV) detection to analyze hydrochlorothiazide (HCT) and valsartan (VS) simultaneously in a tablet formulation during forced degradation studies was developed.
