Abstract: Total laparoscopic Roux-en-Y cholangiojejunostomy may be a first choice for patients with biliary disease that requires biliary-jejunal anastomosis.

“…Of these, 53 patients (45%) underwent conventional laparoscopic surgery, while 64 patients (55%) received surgery with the robot.
