Tourist Satisfaction, Gratitude and Word of Mouth Intention:

Abstract: The goal of the present study is to propose a mediating role of gratitude in the link between tourist satisfaction and positive WoM intention. The data were collected through a survey involving 142 tourists in Indonesia who have experienced tourism services in the country.
