Abstract:A 51-year-old male patient was operated on for a giant cell tumor (nodular tenosynovitis) in the distal third finger of his left hand. The weakness, developed after the surgery, was diagnosed as tourniquet paralysis upon clinical and EMG findings in which the ulnar, median, and radial nerves were affected. The patient was given a physical therapy and rehabilitation program, and near-complete recovery was detected at the follow-up visit after 3 months.
