Toward editable web browser

Abstract: This paper proposes a novel technique of browsing Web pages called "Edit-and-Propagate" operation based browsing, where edit operation is regarded as the third operation for interacting with the WWW after conventional clicking and scrolling towards realizing the Editable Web Browser.
