Toward the Generation of Test Vectors for the Detection of Hardware Trojan Targeting Effective Switching Activity

Abstract: Hardware Trojans (HT) are small circuits intentionally designed by an adversary for harmful purposes. These types of circuits are extremely difficult to detect.
