Toward the measurement of organizational practices: Scale development and validation.

Abstract: This article describes the development and construct validation of the Organization Description Questionnaire, designed to measure various internal organizational and managerial practices. Eight of 19 scales were validated against eight criterion variables measuring role stress, satisfaction, and leader behavior.
