“…Given its estimated population of 1.4 billion people in 2015, around 19% of the global figure (UN, 2014) known as a 'circular economy', the term was defined in legislation in China as a means of reducing, reusing and recycling activities conducted in the process of production, circulation and consumption (see also : Geng, et al, 2012;Xue, et al, 2010).
