Towards an equitable healthcare in China: evaluating the productive efficiency of community health centers in Jiangsu Province

Abstract: BackgroundWhile the demand for the health service keeps escalating at the grass root or rural areas of China, a substantial portion of healthcare resources remains stagnant in the more developed cities and this has entrenched health inequity in many parts of China.
