With increase in population, the problems related to transportation systems are increasing day by day, such as constrained car parking facilities, traffic congestion, and in particular traffic rules and road safety. The problem of traffic rules and road safety are becoming very critical for human being in existing metro cities and probably in future for smart cities. This paper discusses the implementation of smart vehicles which gather the information like the speed of the vehicle, the number of persons sitting on/in the vehicle, utilization of safety feature by owner/driver, the location of the vehicle, drunk and drive situation, etc. In case any rules are being violated, the information regarding vehicle will be sent to the central database system, from where the e-challan is generated and send to the concerned authority. Further, the implementation of such features avoids the accidents, provides the safe and secure ride to the persons driving the vehicle.

The idea of a Smart City features the need to upgrade quality, interconnection and execution of different urban administrations with the utilization of data and correspondence advances (ICT). Smart City advances cloudbased and Internet of Things (IoT) based administrations in which certifiable user interface utilize PDAs, sensors and RFIDs. Distributed computing and IoT are by and by two most essential ICT models that are forming the up and coming age of registering. Cloud computing speaks to the new technique for conveying equipment and programming assets to the clients, Internet of Things (IoT) is at present a standout amongst the most well-known ICT ideal models. In the meantime, the IoT idea imagines another age of gadgets (sensors, both virtual and physical) that are associated with the Internet and give diverse administrations to esteem included applications. Focus of this study attention on the integration of Cloud, IoT and IoE technologies for smart city services as well as a review has been made so that we can develop a better smart city that will utilize IoT, IoE in order to provide a better platform for smart city. This paper tends to the joined area of cloud computing, IoT and IoE for any smart city application organization.

Muitos problemas têm surgido nas cidades devido ao avanço populacional nas áreas metropolitanas, concorrendo com áreas verdes principalmente. Desta forma, a queda de árvores torna-se um problema frequente devido principalmente a fatores, como tempo excessivo entre podas, chuvas intensas com reduzidos espaços para absorção desta água, e apodrecimento de raízes devido a ausência de manejo adequado, dentre outros. Este tipo de situação poderia ser evitada, otimizando ainda a preservação das áreas verdes através do uso de tecnologias de monitoramento e gestão. Este projeto propõe uma arquitetura sistêmica para o gerenciamento do manejo de árvores em áreas urbanas, utilizando tecnologias de sensoriamento e conceitos de cidades inteligentes, a fim de preservar e prevenir quedas incidentes que venham a interferir ainda mais em vias públicas ou equipamentos públicos.
