Towards dual inhibitors of the MET kinase and WNT signaling pathway; design, synthesis and biological evaluation

Abstract: Dual inhibitors of MET and WNT signaling may have synergistic effects, and the design, synthesis and evaluation of such first-in-class small-molecules are reported.
