Abstract:This article addresses a novel methodology for the utilization of Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) accelerators in on-board Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) processing routines. The methodology consists of using High-Level Synthesis (HLS) to create Intellectual property (IP) blocks and using the Reusable Integration Framework for FPGA Accelerators (RIFFA) to develop a Peripheral Component Interconnect express (PCIe) interface between the Central Processing Unit (CPU) and the FPGA, attaining transfer rates up… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
