Toxicological characteristics of anticoccidial preparation Decvycox on laboratory animals

Abstract: The common practice in the prevention and treatment of eimeriosis in chickens is the application of anticoccidial preparations. The parameters of acute toxicity of the anticoccidial preparations Decvycox in laboratory animals were studied. It was found out that the LD50 of Decvycox with oral administration to mice and rats exceeds doses of 6579 and 7222 mg/kg of animal weight, respectively.
