The objective of this work was to identify the specific challenges faced by girls, boys and adolescents removed from child labor in terms of their comprehensive development and to propose recommendations to improve comprehensive care for these children. To this end, interviews and surveys were conducted with child development specialists, as well as relatives of children and adolescents related to child labor. The observed results highlight the importance of strengthening the family environment, ensuring access to adequate support services, promoting educational integration, combating social stigmatization, providing economic support to families and developing practical and vocational skills are essential components to guarantee the well-being and long-term development of these minors.
