Tracing collective memory and social change in the communities around Limboto Lake, Gorontalo

Abstract: This paper analyzes the collective memories and social changes in communities that have been living around Limboto Lake. This lake, which has been praised by the ancestors of the people of Gorontalo, has turned into a catastrophic lake. This change is intimately related to changes in ways of thinking and the social conditions of the communities around the lake.
