Abstract:Chinese kitchen is now encountering difficulties. Traditional elements of the Chinese kitchen are dying out at an accelerated pace. The new-style kitchen cannot meet the needs of Chinese people. Before designing a kitchen, it is a need to study the evolution of the kitchen.
