Tracing the limits of epistemic agency in truth-telling about Australian settler colonialism

Abstract: The Australian state and much of the settler polity maintain an unresolved contradiction between fully acknowledging Indigenous people and upholding a system predicated on the assumption of their socio-political inferiority.
