Traffic Differentiation-Based Network Selection Scheme in Wireless Heterogeneous Networks

Abstract: To process increasing data traffic, one of the most effective solutions is data offloading. Processing data traffic in heterogeneous networks (HetNets) based on loaded traffic conditions improves the user throughput.
