Training the Next Generation of Academic Global Neurosurgeons: Experience of the Association of Future African Neurosurgeons

Abstract: Introduction: Although the past decade has seen a substantial increase in African neurosurgeons' academic productivity, productivity remains low compared to their colleagues from other regions.
