Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the growth, wood properties, disease susceptibility, and sex traits of 1122 Populus deltoides clones to reveal the trait variability and correlations, providing a basis for genetic improvement and breeding. The measurements included the diameter at breast height (DBH), leaf area, basic wood density (BWD), content of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, and disease susceptibility index (DSI).
